Hi my name is Cecilia Redick, Wedding Planner and Event Coordinator. I have been in the Event planning business since 2006. I enjoy providing the outmost attention to all of my clients. My job is to help you create a budget and help you manage it and maintain it. To help you design your event keeping your ideals in mind. I will help you locate a venue and a ceremony site and will help you book it as well. My job continues with hiring all the appropriate vendors for your event such as minister for ceremony, photographer, video, limo service, caterer, DJ, entertainment, etc. All of the vendors I work with are screened and carefully selected to give you the best service possible in the business. All of my packages include 2 personal assistants. On the day of your event I am the "Go To Person", I will take care of the bride and groom and prevent them from dealing with any unexpected circumstances. I will take care of your guests and manage and supervise all the wedding vendors.
Whether you're celebrating a wedding, quinceanera, baptism and or any other important special event in your life and would like help with planning or carrying out the entire event to completion then you need the help of an expert event coordinator. This package is for the bride that has done all the work and has hired all the vendors on her own for her wedding day. Prior to the wedding we will contact all the vendors and coordinate arrival-delivery times, we will also assist them on the day of the wedding to make sure things are arranged in their respective places...We will also assist with the ceremony rehearsal the day before the wedding. On the day of the wedding two personal assistants will assist you during the ceremony and throughout your day for a flawless event, up to 8 hours.
This package is for the busy bride that doesn't have the time to run around town looking for wedding vendors. Or for the Bride that prefers Full Service Coordination. This bride needs help with vendor referrals and also needs someone to keep an organized calendar of all the wedding details. She needs a go to person for ideas and wedding suggestions. She needs help with setting appointments from dress fittings to food and wine tasting. A Full Service Coordinator will make sure that your days leading up to your wedding day are as stress free as possible and will assist you throughout your special day as a personal assistant to make your day as comfortable and memorable as possible. After the wedding we even return all rental items for you including tuxedos.
